Chiara Sernesi

Founder & Creative Director

Born and raised in Florence, Chiara brings over two decades of experience designing and orchestrating luxury destination weddings across Tuscany and Italy.

After starting her career in her father's fashion house, she discovered her true passion: creating deeply personal celebrations that blend impeccable design, seamless logistics, and immersive experiences.

Since founding Weddings in Tuscany in 2002, Chiara has guided over 360 couples from around the world, with her weddings featured in Vogue, Brides, and Martha Stewart Weddings.

Inspired by travel, culture, textures, and landscapes of Italy, and as Creative Director, she loves to craft each wedding like a cinematic story. Think: golden-hour ceremonies, bespoke floral arrangements, and carefully curated details.

Her biggest joy is seeing her couples fully present in the joy, emotion, and magic of their wedding day.

Elena Petrucci

Wedding Planner

Born in the Tuscan Apennines, Elena's imagination was shaped by the snowy mountains and endless white landscapes she loved as a child.

A scholarship allowed her to experience Finland's frozen lakes and forested night skies, while later living in Saint Petersburg deepened her appreciation for culture and storytelling.

Elena stumbled into wedding planning 15 years ago when helping a friend with a large event—and discovered her true calling. For more than a decade, she has been designing bespoke, one-of-a-kind weddings, bringing each couple's vision to life with precision, creativity, and warmth.

A devoted wife and proud mother of two clever boys, Elena balances her love for family with her passion for creating immersive wedding experiences that allow couples to fully savor their special day.

Francesca Spinelli

Wedding Planner

Francesca grew up immersed in the rolling hills, fragrances, and flavors of the Tuscan countryside, a landscape that's inspired her creativity and love of beauty from an early age.

A passionate traveler and food and wine enthusiast, Francesca loves connecting with people from around the world while remaining deeply rooted in her Tuscan home.

After studying foreign languages, her early career in tourism and special events revealed a natural talent for hospitality and public relations. Nearly a decade in a luxury resort sharpened her expertise in organizing exceptional events and introduced her to the world of weddings, which she quickly realized was her true passion.

Francesca brings together her love of art, music, gastronomy, and hospitality to create weddings that are uniquely tailored to each couple.

Every celebration is a blank canvas, and she delights in painting it with creativity, care, and personal touches, ensuring that each event is unforgettable.
